1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and resellable.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, installed, or opened mechanical/electrical products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
- Any product that has been damaged due to customer misuse
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within the 30-day window at Contact@MechMaxxGear.shop with your order number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

For defective or wrongly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when possible.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- For voluntary returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
- Cancellations after processing has started may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–7 business days):
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing takes up to 14 days after inspection.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. Include clear photos. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
